It's always a pleasure to go in your store and speak with your very
friendly staff. Your employee TP was especially nice when he delivered my spa. I offered
him a tip for doing such a good job. He said "I don't need a tip, I'm just doing my
job". So I wanted to write a note to let you know that you have a very faithful
employee.

| Dear Atkinson Staff,
After I bought the Mineral Springs water treatment system in July 2001, you asked me for
some comments which I said I would be happy to do. I apologize for the tardiness of this
letter, which was caused by pure laziness, but I think it has a turn better because I have
had more time to see the system in operation.
First, thank you so much for directing me to the Mineral
Springs System. It has completely solved my pool maintenance problems. On a scale of 1 to
10, I would rate the system 10 on water quality, ease of maintenance 10 and cost 10. I'm
sure if there are other areas to consider they would also be rated very high.Since the
system was put in, my pool water has been crystal clear at all times. I know I can
take a two or three week vacation and all I will need to do is vacuum the pool. The
water feels soft and never irritates the eyes.

Everyone we talked to spoke very highly of your company right from the very beginning.
From the CPW people to the NO CUTS people - no one had a bad word to say. They all said
they have heard nothing but good and that we should get a job well done.They were right!
From the beginning. you were always accessible. Being
'non-pool people' we had lots of questions. You told us what to expect, and you were
honest. Thank you for always answering your phone!
Everyone that works for Atkinson Pools was helpful, hard
working and clean cut!
Our pool is beautiful and with the Polaris it's practically
care free except for the chemicals - which requires very little effort.
I have to mention your exceptional staff at the James
Island location. Knowing nothing about the care of a pool - these people have been helpful
AND friendly, not a combination that you see on a regular basis. It's a luxury to be able
to drop off a water sample and leave knowing what you need to add and how much!
If we ever put in another pool in our lifetime, we would
most definitely use Atkinson Pools. We will feel good recommending you in the future to
anyone who mentions they are interested!
