The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals® (APSP) is the world’s largest international trade association and leading advocate representing the swimming pool and spa industry. The safe and enjoyable use of pools and spas is a priority for APSP members.
The APSP created an educational training program for members to become a Certified Building Professional. In order for a builder to become certified they must complete a written exam on pool and spa construction standards. Once certification is attained, CBP’s must participate in ongoing continuing education requirements to maintain their certification.
